We process premium goose and duck down in our Italian plant, custom-blending each batch to the fill power and down content required by every collection. Every lot is traced with DTS®, our public traceability system, from incoming raw material to the finished garment.

Minardi Piume’s response

We grade down and feather by fill power through internal lab testing, up to a typical FP of about ~850 for goose. Our production capacity — 4 washing lines and 11 sorting machines, over 15,000 kg/day — lets us plan seasonal bookings with volumes and lead times agreed in advance.

Minardi Piume’s response

We cover the whole range, from natural down to P.U.R.E.®, our GRS-certified post-consumer recycled down, processed in our internal recycling department. Processing capacity of over 3,000,000 kg/year and flexible MOQs let us serve both industrial production and craft manufacturing. For finished products, our bedding atelier makes duvets, quilts and pillows in house.
