Quality & Process →
The four pillars
We supply processed, certified down and feather to fashion, outdoor and bedding brands, and make finished products in our bedding atelier.
Circularity & responsibility
Post-consumer down and feather regenerated and returned to the supply chain, with a recycling capacity of 1,000,000+ kg/year.
02The science of quality
Lab testing and lot-by-lot classification against international down/feather standards, from raw material to finished product.
03Heritage & stability
110 years of Italian industrial history in down processing, today a group of 130 people and 10+ nationalities on site.
04Product innovation
From natural down to plant fibres, we develop tailored materials for bedding, outdoor and apparel.

A public lot register
DTS® — every lot, verifiable by anyone.
Traceability is not a brochure promise: it is a public record. The lot code printed on the hangtag opens the data we published for that lot, with no need to go through us.
- Approved plant
- Plant authorised to process category 3 animal by-products, supervised by the competent health authority (art. 24, Reg. EC 1069/2009).
- Sterilisation end point
- Steam at 100 °C for at least 30 minutes on every feather: the threshold set by Reg. EU 142/2011, beyond which down is no longer an animal by-product.
For sourcing and ESG managers
Technical documentation, lot-level traceability and verifiable sustainability data, in one path.
