Whistleblowing
Minardi Piume provides a procedure to report — anonymously if preferred — unlawful acts or breaches related to the work environment, and breaches of national and EU regulations. The aim is to counter any form of illegality or unethical conduct.
The channel is operated by an external consulting firm offering guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality and data protection. A report can be filed in writing, by voice message, or by requesting a direct meeting with the report handler — a request to be submitted through the channel itself.
Reports are handled in full compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and with data protection law (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003). Personal or commercial communications, complaints included, should go through the ordinary contact channels.
Documents
The Code of Ethics binds supplier selection to objective, documented criteria, requires sourcing from the food supply chain, and rules out live plucking.
Production capacity and energy sustainability
Under its 2023–2027 strategic plan the company has committed to new investment to strengthen its growth with a clear orientation towards sustainability. Beyond the increase in production capacity, the plan covers improvements to recycling capacity, the rational use of water, and the energy sustainability of the business.
Given its high technological content, consistent with Italy's Transizione 4.0 national plan, the investment was admitted to the capital grant awarded under section 3.13 of the Temporary Framework (aid measure SA.102579).
The project is identified by code C45H22001240008 (Axis VI, investment priority 13.i, action RA3.1) and is funded as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
